WORKSHOP ON COMPUTERISED MANAGEMENT ACCOUNTING SYSTEMS FOR MICRO, SMALL AND MEDIUM ENTERPRISES (MSMEs)”

Castries, October 26th, 2017; The Department of Commerce, International Trade, Investment, Enterprise Development and Consumer Affairs is pleased to announce the commencement of the third cohort of the Computerised Management Accounting Systems (QuickBooks) training workshop aimed at improving capacity in Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in Saint Lucia. Provision of this training falls within the mandates of the Department and the Caribbean Development Bank - Caribbean Technological Consultancy Services (CDB/CTCS) Network to enhance private sector capacity to exploit the many opportunities offered within the local, regional and international markets.

The four (4) day training workshop will be facilitated by the Department of Commerce and conducted by CDB/CTCS Network Consultants from Monday, November 6 to Thursday, November 9, 2017 at the ICT Centre - Bourbon Street, Castries, from 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. daily. 

The workshop will include hands-on training to assist MSMEs with a greater understanding of various financial reports and information generated in the use of QuickBooks.
