The Duke University's Global Value Chain Center (GVCC) has prepared a policy document regarding a global value chain analysis of the cruise tourism sector. This initiative was spearheaded by the Organization of American States, under the Small Business Development Center (SBDC) programme, to assist Saint Lucia identify the gaps for export development.
